My name is Eric Ederer and I am the owner of Renegade Fly Fishing Outfitters. When I was a kid I dreamed of making my way through life with fly fishing as its focal point. I have forged friendships with many of our terrific clients, met life-long angling companions, met my wife and started an awesome family. All of this because I love to fly fish. I suppose I owe Montana a great deal of gratitude as well. After 17 years of guiding in Montana I still love the whole game. It has changed over the years and yet my commitment remains the same: create the best Montana fly fishing experience for every client, every time. That is my personal guarantee. RFO, Renegade Fly fishing Outfitters invites you to come and see how many ways Montana touch your soul. I'm still counting!
Garrett Pace is a veteran fly tier and guide who came to Montana from the east coast. Garrett lives and breathes tactical dry fly fishing and has the patience to help you learn these skills. After an extended hiatus from guiding, he is back and proudly representing RFO.
Zach Lazzari is a new to our team this year but his guiding resume' is quite accomplished. He spends his guiding time bouncing between the Truckee River in Nevada, Green River in Utah and all of the great fly fishing rivers here in Montana. With those credentials we figure he'll fit right in with the Renegade team.
John Perry is a living legend in the fly fishing community. He has been guiding and outfitting for over 30 years in western Montana. His innovative style of fly tying has influenced tiers worldwide. John has been given a gift for teaching the art of fly fishing to people of all skill levels. It is a privilege to have him on our team. He is also the owner of the Clark Fork River Lodge.
Jeremy Kneeland guided for a number of years in the Whitefish, Montana area before moving to Missoula. He is a very accomplished angler and guide, with a tremendous amount of patience and knowledge. He is a very creative fly tier and spends all of his free time traveling the state in search of new water in which to fish. Gotta love that!
Trent Brown "The Coolest guy in Elliston". When he's not jumping out of helicopters onto huge elk (yeah, it's true), he can be found fly fishing in western Montana. Trent's passions are fly fishing, elk hunting and being a family man. His confidence on the water is quite contagious. His stories will keep you entertained while you go down the river catching fish.
